Luperon Town has a beautiful bay which hosts over 600 yachts per year visiting from all over the world. If you are a boater then this bay is for you. The famous AtlanticA Project is currently under construction as well as the new Windward Resort and Marina. The huge AtlanticA Project will also include golf courses. These are both tremendous projects. The beaches of Luperon are attractive. There are several excellent restaurants in town. The Central Park is an excellent place to relax and meet with friends.

That's a yes and no question. Anyone can purchase a building lot and build a home using their own contractor but the building plans must meet the high standards of the Luperon Hills Development directors. There are certain conditions as well - one being that the construction must be fully completed in a timely manner. The excellent decor and style of the Luperon Hills Development must be maintained.
