Choose your building lot from our architects plan of the Luperon Hills Development Subdivision. Once you decide on a perfect lot simply jot down the price and the lot number. All of the lots in the development are super large for your living enjoyment.

Choose the house that you want us to construct for you. We have several homes presented here and they are of various sizes, floor plans and prices. Now that you have chosen your perfect home, jot down the price and the house identification number.

Add together the price of the building lot and the house that you have chosen. This will be your complete cost and will include your Title Document. Your own personal lawyer's fee is not included in the total cost of the house and land purchase.

Divide the total cost of your building lot and your chosen home by three. Now pay one third of this total cost to Luperon Hills Development and instruct us to begin construction. Our building engineers will commence construction immediately!

When your new home has been fifty percent completed you will pay another one third of the total cost to Luperon Hills Development. You are always extremely welcome, of course, to visit and verify the overall progress as well as the excellent quality of our workmanship. Choose your colors for painting!

Upon completion of your home you will pay the final one third of the total cost to Luperon Hills Developments and you will then receive your house keys and your Title Documents. You can then move in and start taking full advantage of our Luperon Hills Development. For example the swimming pool, park areas and clubhouse facilities! Enjoy tropical living at it's finest.

After completion of your new home you will become responsible for a monthly subdivision maintenance fee of sixty dollars which can be paid monthly or yearly in advance. This fee covers security, usage of all facilities, street lighting and maintenance as well as garbage collection.

Pay in full the cost of your chosen building lot to Luperon Hills Developments. You will receive a receipt for the cost of the building lot showing your chosen lot as being paid in full. You will also receive a copy of the individual survey plan for your lot.
